Resolutions which were taken up at the previous AGMs will not be discussed at 2023 AGM as per the constitution and as per the other reasons.

- Duly completed form/s should be sent by post to our PO. Box 48068 or submitted to our email ostba2019@gmail.com on or before 2.00 pm on June 19.2023.
- Additional paper may be used if space is insufficient.
- submitting more than one Resolution, use separate Resolution form/s.
