Annual General Meeting:
The Annual General Meeting will be held on Monday, June 2, 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at 1275, Mississauga Valley Blvd, Community Centre, Mississauga. This will be a hybrid meeting, allowing members to attend either in person or via Zoom. The Zoom link and relevant details will be shared two weeks prior to the meeting.
Annual Picnic:
We are excited to invite you to our annual picnic at1275, Mississauga Valley Blvd., Community Park on Saturday, August 16, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM. Join us for a fun-filled day with delicious food, refreshing beverages, and an opportunity to reconnect with fellow OSTBA members.
Annual Membership Fee:
The membership fee of $15.00 for 2025 will be taken from your deposit on or before March 15, 2025 and if you do not have enough money in your deposit, please arrange to make a deposit as soon as possible. Additionally, we plan to increase the annual membership fee to $25.00 starting in 2026, subject to approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting.
Financial Update:
We are pleased to report that OSTBA currently holds a healthy bank balance of $86,000 in deposits.
Membership Growth:
Our membership continues to grow. We currently have 269 active members, and we seek your support in reaching our goal of 300 members by the end of this year.
